About Us
After two decades of gigging and teaching, Paul Anderson founded Altrincham Guitar School at Hale Chapel Hall in late 2020 to share his love of the guitar.
Offering both 1-2-1 lessons and fun group classes with experienced guitar teachers who are working in the music industry, Altrincham Guitar School is the best place for children, teens and adults to learn the guitar in Altrincham and the wider Manchester area.
The school follows the Trinity Rock & Pop syllabus and provides tuition from initial beginners (pre Grade 1) to grade 8 (advanced). Classes are expertly differentiated and teaching is of very high quality.
Altrincham Guitar School offers classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during term time.
Group Classes
Group lessons are a fun and dynamic way to learn guitar and play music with other people. All ages and abilities welcome.
Groups are split by grades and ages to make sure everyone is catered for and challenged appropriately. Group lessons are an affordable way to learn the guitar while still receiving expert tuition.
Group lessons are £16 per class (one hour)
One to One Lessons
One to One lessons provide individualised learning, with extra attention compared to the group classes. Lessons can be personalised to the player, focusing on what they would like to develop and supporting them individually with any gaps in knowledge or weak points.
We can offer one to one lessons for students of any level, age or grade.
One to One Lessons are £23 per lesson (30 minutes)
